This Sweepstakes starts at 12:01 am (Pacific Standard Time) on 7/29/2011 ends at 6:01 pm (Pacific Standard Time) on 9/15/2011.

How to Enter:
Watch Indomina tweets and Facebook posts from 7/29/2011 to 9/15/2011. At random intervals during this period, photos will be posted showing a missing laptop in a location somewhere in the United States. Two additional photos (posted at intervals of 1 and 2 hours) will show the location of the laptop in greater detail. If you guess the location of the laptop and tweet it with the hashtag: #findthelaptop you will be entered to win a Stealth Black Alienware M11x gaming laptop with Core i7 processor and 2GB graphics card and 500MB hard drive. The first person to tweet the specific location, along with the #findthelaptop hashtag will receive a $50 visa gift card.
Winner Selection:
Grand prize winner (Alienware Laptop) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or before 9/15/2011 by Liquid Advertising, Inc, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The grand prize will be awarded. The prize winner will be notified by Twitter within 4 days after the drawing and will be required to execute and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release form within 5 days of date of issuance. Failure to return all required forms in this 5-day time period may result in the winner being disqualified and an alternate winner selected. If a prize notification or a prize is returned as undeliverable for any reason, it will be awarded to an alternate. If winner chooses not to accept the prize, a cash alternative of $1,000 will be offered.
No other substitutions for a prize will be permitted by winner. Prizes are not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash value of prize.
All Federal, state and local tax liabilities, if any, are the responsibility of the winners. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use the winner's name, likeness, voice and statements for publicity purposes without additional compensation or limitation.
Winner of $50 visa gift cards will be notified by Twitter within 4 days of the photo posting. Gift certificates will be awarded to the first people identified as tweeting the specific location of the missing laptop along with the #findthelaptop hashtag. Correct entries should give either precise coordinates of the location (latitude and longitude) or precise locations defining a very small space. The decisions of the judges at Liquid Advertising in assigning who was the first post and who was precise in their definition of the location will be final.

Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes.
Eligibility:
Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the United States of America excluding Puerto Rico and its other territories and possessions, 18 years of age or older. Employees and their immediate families of Indomina Releasing, Liquid Advertising Inc. and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and related companies, agencies and those living in the same household of same are not eligible. All Federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules.
General:
Entrants release and waive any claim they may have Indomina Studios., Liquid Advertising Inc., Facebook, Twitter and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and related companies, and agencies for injuries, claims, damages or losses, costs or expenses of any kind resulting from acceptance of, use or misuse of a Prize or parts thereof or participation in this Sweepstakes.
If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or if this Sweepstakes or any web site associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the Sweepstakes and processing of entries per these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in Sponsor's sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes or any portion thereof. In the event this Sweepstakes is cancelled, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing to award all remaining prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect, Entries received for the applicable drawing prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. If such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension occurs, notification will be posted on the page www.liquidgaming.net/indominasweeps.html. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California without giving effect to conflicts of law rules.
